This business is located in central Penticton, two blocks from main street, on a corner lot. The building is 9800 sqft,very well insulated. Customers are given individual codes and have access 24/7.We get a print out of all the customers that have accessed the storage with time and date recorded. A customer's code can be cut whenever necessary. An alarm system is in place, and also monitoring and patrolling.
The exterior of the building was painted 2 yrs ago and we have fenced outside storage for 22 vehicles.
Our hours of operation are 2to 5pm Mon to Fri,which makes this business perfect for a person who wants to be semi -retired with freedom to enjoy the Okanagan.
The office space was newly renovated 2 years ago. It is 3400 sq ft on two storeys.It has central heating with electric furnace, a large air conditioning unit on the roof (2yrs old) and one ductless unit in the large room. There is also one large office, reception room,kitchen,2 bathrooms with one shower, all on the upper level. The downstairs has the same amount of space. Part of the office area can easily be turned into residence for the owner. The office has 15 parking stalls.

For immediate release BC Home Sales Edge Lower in May Vancouver, BC – June 15, 2011. The British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) reports that Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) residential unit sales in the province edged down one per cent to 7,857 units in May compared to the same month last year. The average MLS® residential price climbed 20 per cent to $596,872 last month compared to May 2010. "Tighter mortgage rules, tepid employment growth and advance buying during the first quarter kept BC home sales on a lower note in May,” said Cameron Muir, BCREA Chief Economist. “However, recent downward pressure on mortgage interest rates is expected to provide some incentive to consumers over the summer months." Year-to-date, BC residential sales dollar volume increased 15 per cent to $20.1 billion, compared to the same period last year.
