Earl Joostema is a Canadian Residential Appraiser “in good standing” with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
Earl has been an appraiser in the South Okanagan for the past 8 years, and holds the designation of “Canadian Residential Appraiser” (CRA). Earl also holds a Certificate in “Real Property Assessment” from the University of British Columbia (UBC).
In the past 8 years, Earl has completed more than 2000 real property appraisals. His appraisal areas include the entire South Okanagan - Similkameen which includes the City of Penticton, Summerland, Naramata, Oliver, Osoyoos, Keremeos, Cawston, Princeton and all of the outlying areas which expand south to the United States border, north of Princeton to the Coquihalla connector, east to Summerland, and west to Manning Park. He has appraised a variety of properties including single family residential, small and large holdings including hobby farms, rural recreational properties, seasonal cabins and local and rural lakeshore. Earl can also perform appraisals in more distant areas and would be happy to quote on them or refer you to someone who can complete these in a timely manner.
