This business is located in central Penticton, two blocks from main street, on a corner lot. The building is 9800 sqft,very well insulated. The mini storage section is 6400 sq ft and has an outer shell of metal. The office section is 3400 sq ft with a concrete exterior, located at the front with mini storage at the back. Customers are given individual codes and have access 24/7.We get a print out of all the customers that have accessed the storage with time and date recorded. A customer's code can be cut whenever necessary. An alarm system is in place, and also monitoring and patrolling.
